I love Giant Swallowtail butterflies. They are fairly large, yet not as skittish as others their size. When their wings are spread like this, I see a big happy smile. It is especially true when you see them flying high in the sky. It looks like a flying smile! The other side of their wings are mostly yellow with a beautiful pattern.
Many times when I see a Giant in my garden there are two. It is so fun to watch them flying around following each other, fluttering from flower to flower. It seems like the world's best dance show!
